Analysis

Chifuyu is considered to be the best 3-cost striker in the game when it comes to versatility. She's like a swiss army knife - she can tank, deal damage, stun, debuff enemies, and buff herself. Her HP/DEF is higher than those of Lee Yumi or Serapel who are two of the best Defenders in the game, and her DEF shred is as strong as the one provided by pure debuff employees.

This is why she is often suggested as the go-to employee for new players because she will help them in any area of the game - both PVE and PVP. She's especially useful in Danger Close, where she's BIS pick for most of the bosses you fight there and people are raising dupes of Chifuyu so they can always use her. In PVP, while she is good for beginners, later on she begins to fall off due to not having as much utility as other strikers, but still remains a great pick for many teams needing a tanky striker.
