KR 2nd Anniversary - new employees and ship

Three new employees were released together with the 2nd Anniversary - Awakened Jake, Charlotte, and Jaina. But there's also Eujin rearm and the new ship! Check out their kits inside.

Since this will be a really long blog post, let's cut to the chase.


Stormbringer Jake

  • Type: Counter

  • Role: Defender

  • Deployment cost: 6

  • Attack type: Ground

  • Movement type: Ground

Basic Attack

Attacks the closest target with his gauntlet.

Passive - Stormbringer

On deploy, creates a Force field around himself that reduces the damage dealt by enemy Mechs by 20% and deals 2% HP per sec to them for 6 seconds (excluding bosses). After every 4 Basic Attacks, deals an Enhanced attack and the Force field is created again.

At level 5, gains 10% HP max Barrier on himself when cresating a Force field. The Force field affects non-Mech units at 50% of the value (so 10% DMG reduction and 1%HP/sec burn).

Special - Lightning charge - 24 seconds cooldown - 3 valid hits

Charges his attack and deals ranged damage that forces the damage targets to attack him for 6 seconds. For 12 seconds after casting the skill, gains immunity to hitstun from special skills or lower and 30% ASPD.

At level 5, the skill cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds. Damaged Mechs are stunned for 2 seconds.

Ultimate - Man of the Storm - 60 seconds - 4 valid hits

Smashes the ground, dealing AOE Damage. Instantly creates a Force field around himself, and the damaged targets have their skills sealed and can't be buffed for 6 seconds (bosses excluded).

At level 5, damaged targets also lose 25% ASPD. After every Enhanced attack, decreases the cooldown of the skill by 4 seconds.


Jaina Cropel

  • Type: Counter

  • Role: Sniper

  • Deployment cost: 4

  • Attack type: Ground

  • Movement type: Ground

Basic Attack

Shots the closest target with her crossbow.

Passive - Unstable Regenerator

When HP falls below 40%, regain 10% HP per second for 3 seconds. Immune to all damage during healing. The passive can only be cast once per battle.

At level 5, the passive condition changed to 60% and 30% and now the passive can be cast twice per battle (once for each HP threshold).

Special - Exploding Arrow - 11 Basic Attacks - 2 valid hits

Shoots an exploding arrow at the closest target, dealing AOE damage.

At level 5, the skill always crits.

Ultimate - Temporal Shift - 23 Basic Attacks - 3 valid hits

Deploys her crossbow and deals massive damage to the closest target. The damage of the skill is increased by up to 50% depending on the current HP. Also, recover 2.5% HP per second for 5 seconds after casting the skill.

At level 5, the recovery time is increased to 10 seconds.

You might have noticed that Jaina skills don't have Cooldown. This is because she's the first employee who uses Fury resource. You build up Fury by doing basic attacks and every X attacks, she will launch her skills. This means that Skill Haste is useless on her and you need to build her with ASPD only.


Charlotte

  • Type: Counter

  • Role: Defender

  • Deployment cost: 3

  • Attack type: Ground

  • Movement type: Ground

Basic Attack

Deals ranged damage with her sword.

Passive - It's Not Over

When deployed, drops her flag and deals damage to nearby enemies. The flag stays on the field until destroyed and it gives 10% DMG Res to nearby allies. In Gauntlet the flag also gives 20% Skill DMG Res. Resummons the flag every 20 times she gets hit.

At level 5, DMG Res changed to 20% and in the Gauntlet the buff also grants 20% Ultimate DMG Res.

Special - Vanguard - 22 seconds cooldown - 3 valid hits

Summons soldiers that charge and push back damaged enemies. Also increases SPD of nearby allies by 50% for 5 seconds.

At level 5, the buff also grants 15% DMG Res.

Ultimate - Unleashed Power - 56 seconds cooldown - 4 valid hits

Unleashes the power of the Sapphire Prison to restore the health of adjacent allies, including yourself, by 15% and to launch nearby enemies into the air.

At level 5, the cooldown of the skill is reduced by 6 seconds.


Special Agent Eujin

  • Type: Counter

  • Role: Sniper

  • Deployment cost: 4

  • Attack type: Ground

  • Movement type: Ground

Basic Attack

Fires her guns at the closest target.

Passive - Where are you hiding?

After every 4 Basic Attacks, deals an Enhanced attack that targets the furthest target (excluding bosses).

At level 5, gains 10% HIT every time an Enhanced attack is cast (up to 50%).

At level 10, the Enhanced attack is launched every 3 Basic Attacks instead.

Special - Curve Shot - 10 Basic Attacks - 1 valid hit

Attacks the furthest target (excluding bosses) and instantly kills the employee if it's Ranger, Sniper, or Supporter type with less than 30% HP. In the Gauntlet non-awakened employees below 50% HP are instantly killed instead.

At level 5, the damaged target has its skills sealed for 6 seconds (excluding bosses).

At level 10, the skill is launched every 8 Basic Attacks instead.

Ultimate - Magic Shooter - 24 Basic Attacks - 3 valid hits

Shots multiple bullets and deals AOE damage around the first target hit. During the skill, gains immunity to damage, and the nearby enemies don't receive damage but are knocked back instead.

At level 5, decrease the required number of basic attacks by 1 after every Enhanced attack.

At level 10, +1 Valid hit.

Leader Passive - The Hound

On deploy, her CRIT is increased to the cap (85%) for 6 seconds.

At level 5, buff duration +4 seconds.

She's similar to Jaina and she uses Fury instead of cooldowns.


AHAB

Type: Auxiliary ship

Passive

Deployed Rangers and Sniper gain 30% HIT and 10% ASPD.

Active

Shots out a barrel that explodes and deals damage for 6 seconds. Enemies standing in the area have their Skill Cooldown increased by 3 seconds every time they receive damage.

Ultimate

Inflicts area damage with a large knockback to enemies in front. Damaged enemies have their SPD reduced by 80% for 10 seconds. After the attack is over, a barrier equal to 20% of the ship's maximum health is created on the ship that cannot be dispelled. Allies gain 10% ASPD while the barrier is active.
