22/03 KR update - new rearm and balance changes

Best Streamer Miya is here! Also, three characters' kits were changed including Goliath who received quite a bit of nerf.

New Rearm

Best Streamer Miya

Basic Attack

Fires a sniper rifle at the foremost target.

Passive - Donation Mission Clear

Celebrates successfully accomplishing a mission during a show. After every Basic attack, her ATK is increased by 2.5% and the effect can stack up to 10 times. When 10 stacks are reached, they are consumed and she will receive 25% ATK and 15% ASPD for 10 seconds.

At level 5, Ultimate skill cooldown -5 s with each kill.

At level 10, Gains a permanent 1% Barrier after consuming the stacks.

Level 10 could be a typo and maybe it should be 10% Barrier instead because 1% is useless.

Special - Meetings with Fans - 24 seconds

Miya takes a photo with her fans. Enemies within 7 meters of her will be stunned for 3 seconds before being pushed back.

At level 5, Enemy SPD -40% for 3 s

At level 10, The skill gains Sure Fire effect.

Sure Fire means that the skill always hits, ignoring Perfect Evasion.

Ultimate - Thank You All! - 60 seconds

Fires a gun 3 times that takes a long time to charge but shoots increasingly powerful bullets, inflicting Knockback and AoE damage before knocking them down. Before that attack gain max stack effect of her Passive.

At level 5, Knockback distance doubled

At level 10, Cooldown -5s

Leader - The Stream Starts!

For 6 seconds after being deployed gain Sure Fire effect.

At level 5, buff duration +4 seconds.

Balance Changes

Goliath

  • HP reduced by 38%,

  • ATK reduced by 47%,

  • DEF reduced by 20%,

  • EVA and HIT reduced to 0,

  • Range of Basic Attack reduced from 450 to 225.

Basic Attack

Removed the bonus HP damage to ships.

Supply Demolition (Special)

Decreased the range that blocks the skill from being used (600 range > 3.5 meters).

Awakened Jake

Stormbringer (Passive)

  • skill can affect air units now,

  • Enhanced attack is used after 3 Basic Attacks instead of 4,

  • Mechs are stunned for 2 seconds instead of 1 second.

Lightning Charge (Special)

  • skill can affect air units now.

Man of the Storm (Ultimate)

  • skill can affect air units now,

  • the debuff effect is triggered before the attack, not after,

  • the debuff duration is increased from 6 seconds to 8 seconds.

Awakened Joo Shiyoon

Flawless One (Passive)

  • Increased the range of the skill by 100.

Sentiment Du Fer (Ultimate)

  • skill can affect air units now.
